We recongise that stress is a part of life but it can get in the way of day to day functioning. At CBT Berkshire, we can help you to manage your stress and find useful ways of coping, using approaches such as mindfulness and third wave CBT.
Physical Health and Insomnia
Here at CBT Berkshire, we understand the impact of physical health difficulties and sleep on mental well-being. This is why we offer CBT treatment as a way of managing symptoms of physical health problems, sleep disturbances, pain management and adjusting to change
Clinical Supervision
At CBT Berkshire, we also offer clinical supervision to healthcare professionals, accredited CBT Therapists and those training with the BABCP. Our supervision is also helpful for clinicians who may be using CBT approaches with their clients. We can help with supervisor reports and completing CTSRs.
