About CBT Berkshire

Hello, I am Zahra Iqbal at CBT Berkshire. As a dedicated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals to navigate life's challenges and achieve their mental health goals. With over 10 years of experience in the field, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, addressing a variety of issues, including; anxiety, depression, stress management, perfectionism/self-esteem difficulties as well as addiction and adjusting to change.
As well as running CBT Berkshire, I am a Senior CBT Psychotherapist within the NHS. I also have specialist training to work with long term conditions, CBT for Psychosis and can administer the ADOS and ADI-R assessments, specific tools used for diagnosing Autism.
My approach combines evidence-based practices with a compassionate, client-centered philosophy, ensuring that you feel heard and supported.
In our sessions, I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where we can explore thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back. Together, we will work on developing practical skills and strategies to help you navigate difficulties and foster resilience.

I believe in the power of collaboration, and I am committed to empowering you to take an active role in your healing journey. I look forward to working with you toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.
