CBT can help to identify negative thoughts and behaviours linked to the physical difficulties. We can work together in improving phyiscal health difficulties, including; long-COVID, Irirtable Bowel Sydrome, Diabetes, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Sleep problems can also significantly impact our physical and mental well-being. If you suffer from poor sleep or Insomnia, we use CBT specific for Insomnia (CBT-i) which includes techniques such as sleep restriction, stimulus control, relaxation training to help establish healthier sleep patterns.
